Interview exposes Kamala Harris incompetency

 Townhall:

Vice President Kamala Harris sat down with MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle for an interview, and it was everything you’d expect it to be, which is a total trainwreck. Not that it needs to be said, but I get why Democratic strategists don’t want this woman doing a lot of interviews: she’s a terrible candidate who benefitted from arguably a party boss-megadonor coup that ousted Joe Biden in July. That being said, what’s done is done. She’s the candidate and must articulate her domestic and foreign policy agenda. If it’s a copy-and-paste job that got exposed a few weeks ago—the Harris website copied from Biden’s now-defunct operation—that’s also an issue, shredding the narrative that she’s somehow an outsider.

The woman is the vice president—the ‘I’m not Joe, or I’m different’ card would never play well. MSNBC is an oasis of progressive bubble antics and safety. Democrats get the softest of softballs here, but Harris struggled mightily. On reducing housing costs, I’ve never heard the word holistically used so many times in a 20-second period.
...

Harris remains incapable of sounding cogent on her plan to tackle the spike in prices and the cost of living, probably because she caused it.

...

We are also learning why she has avoided interviews even with outlets trying to help her.

Kamala Does Trainwreck Interview With Stephanie Ruhle, Who Admits Harris Didn't Answer Questions

Stephanie Ruhle appeared on Friday on Bill Maher's "Real Time" show and, incredibly, argued that people shouldn't demand or expect answers from Kamala Harris on the issues since she was running against former President Donald Trump. It was a ridiculous position for someone who claimed to be a journalist arguing against the questioning of a presidential candidate because she supported her.

...

But even with a softball interviewer who supports her, Harris was still completely vacuous. She had no understanding what she was saying about tariffs or anything else.

Place America First Poll: Women Say Harris Lacks Economic 'Solutions'

...

The survey, conducted by the Place America First super PAC, found that at the same time 72% of suburban women say the economy is their top priority, an almost identical number, 70%, say Harris lacks "viable solutions" for the economy compared to former President Donald Trump.

The poll also showed Trump gaining ground among key voting demographics with 65% of English-speaking Hispanics saying they were more inclined to vote for Trump and 67% of veterans saying Trump would be better at issues affecting veterans than Harris.

...

This shows that despite the media's attempt to help her, most voters are not fooled.  Her lack of competence is too hard to hide.
