The terrorism as a nuisance crowd

Tony Blankley:

What the nuisance crowd forgets is that their approach has been tried and led directly to the carnage of 9-11. The lawfare approach turns over intelligence to the enemy and makes it easier for him to plan his next attack. That it was a failed policy was generally recognized on 9-12 by almost everyone but extreme leftists. Our problems in Iraq have not validated their position, but their unprincipled attacks on the war effort have eroded support for fighting to win.

The Strata-Sphere also comments on the difference in tolerance levels for death and destruction.
