Mueller's attack on National Inquirer decision of what to report is a breach of the 1st Amendment

NY Daily News:
Legal scrutiny of the National Enquirer risks free speech rights: Do we want the government second-guessing decisions to publish or not to publish?
This is another example of Mueller's team of angry Democrats putting aside constitutional protection in a race to make up a case against the President.
