Wednesday’s protests in Caracas came the day after Maduro said the opposition-controlled parliament had become irrelevant amid a shrinking economy
"Irrelevant" is Maduro speak for they are no longer a rubber stamp for his ridiculous policies.
Maduro has become the living embodiment for the incompetence of socialism.  What good is a command economy when you have squandered the wealth of a nation and there are not enough goods to command a price any longer?  It will be interesting to see how big his stockpile of tear gas.  It is probably bigger than the supply of food now.
