ISIL under attack from Kurds closing in north of Raqqa

This move along with Iraqi attacks on Fallujah and Iraqi Kurdish attacks are putting pressure on ISIL at multiple points which should make it more difficult for the group to lash out in other areas in response to attacks.  In the past have usually been more focused on one area.
