Trump fines appear prohibited by Eighth Amendment

 The Eighth Amendment prohibits excessive fines and the $355 million Trump fine is absurdly ridiculous.

The Eighth Amendment says, "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted."
