Russia Detains Wall Street Journal Reporter, Accusing Him of Spying

The newspaper “vehemently” denied the allegations against Evan Gershkovich, an American, whose arrest is likely to escalate U.S.-Russia tensions.

I doubt Gershkovich was spying.  He was probably just doing his job of asking questions and taking notes for a story.
