Two different police shootings and two different outcomes

 Washington Examiner:

Officer who shot and killed Ashli Babbitt during Capitol riot will not be charged
There is no evidence that this shooting was an accident or that Babbit was a lethal threat to the officer or others.

 Potter thought she was firing her Taser, not her gun, then-Brooklyn Center Police Chief Tim Gannon said Monday. After firing her weapon, body camera footage showed, Potter shouted, “[Expletive, I just shot him!”

The shooting happened as Wright was resisting arrest and trying to escape.  It is an example of the dual justice system in this country.
