Biden losing voters conned by the Russian collusion hoax in 2018?

NY Times:

Democrats Gained These Voters in 2018, and Biden Needs to Keep Them Now

An authoritative new study on 2018 midterm voters shows how despite his strong position, Joe Biden is lagging behind the rates at which some key demographics broke for the Democrats two years ago.
I question his strong position.  It is clear that Trump has made inroads with blacks and Hispanics in recent polling and I suspect that Biden is losing some of the voters who fell for their Russian collusion hoax spin in 2018.  Now that it is seen as a complete fraud by most sane people there is good reason to reject the party that perpetrated it.
