Housing market rebounds at record rate

Existing Home Sales Surge by Record 20.7 Percent in June
Record low mortgage rates appear to be one of the driving factors.  I suspect that there is also more movement out of high-density housing into single-family homes in the suburbs as a way to avoid the pandemic.   These new buyers should also be wary of Biden's plan to destroy the suburbs and push more high-density urban planning on them.  It is part of the Democrats' "climate change" hysteria.
