I realize that the Trumpist supporters don't care when Trump says things that are ridiculous, but the guy is supposed to be appealing to a broader audience and has become distracted by a primary opponent who is no longer in the race.
Trump claims that only he can fix the problems of the country. It is a dubious claim to begin with and his animus toward Ted Cruz suggests he can't even fix his own campaign objectives.
