Rick Perry makes the case for a new policy toward Russia and the situation in Ukraine


Perry's proposals would be better for Ukraine and Russia and would also create growth in the US economy.  The current policy has led to more appeasement and aggression and has done little to relieve the European dependency on Russian energy.
