Strong disapproval of Obama greater than in 2010

Obama's "Strong Disapproval" Double His "Strong Approval" 
Republicans are more likely to strongly disapprove now than in 2010
The strong disapproval is at the 39 percent mark which means there are a lot of voters motivated to vote against the President and his party.
