Rick Perry seeks writ of habeas corpus barring prosecution

Prof. Jacobson has a copy of the motion along with a description.  It appears to be a pretty thorough critique  of the indictments.  I will be interested to see the response from the special prosecutor.  I don't think he has really explained the theory behind the indictments.
