Judge Strikes Down Restrictive Texas Abortion Law


The ruling involved a requirement that abortion clinics in the state meet the same standards as hospital-style surgical centers.
This puts the lie to the pro abortion argument about women's health.   It is not about health for them.  It is about terminating pregnancy regardless of the risk,
