Deregulation will open up oil drilling on federal land and in Alaska that will produce jobs

Oil producers became more efficient in the face of the drop in the price of oil. That should not stop them from expanding when opportunities present themselves in prospects around the country that will become available after Obama's control freak rules or lifted from federal control sites on the land and in offshore fields. The other thing that needs to happen is to stop the "Keep it in the Ground Left" from running up the cost of finding and producing oil.
