Did Kerry have a secret Middle East peace deal?

Washington Post:

Ex-officials: Israeli leader spurned secret peace offer

JERUSALEM - Israel's prime minister turned down a regional peace initiative last year that was brokered by then-American Secretary of State John Kerry, former U.S.
The fundamental problem with any deal with the Palestinians is that they cannot deliver their side of the bargain.  They are incapable of delivering peace, because too many Palestinians do not want peace and are not willing to recognize the Jewish state.

If they were willing to do so, they probably still could not deliver because groups like Hamas and Islamic Jihad still insist on an elimination of the Jews from Israel.  They are still making their bogus claims for Jerusalem.  They are still teaching their children ethnic hatred of Jews.

If it was a deal brokered by Kerry it is very unlikely that it would be fair to Israel.
