The EU is doing a good job of making 'disruptive' decisions without Putin's help

NY Times:

Intent on Unsettling E.U., Russia Taps Fringe Elements

Moscow is cultivating an array of far-right extremist groups, spreading disruption and hoping that a few will develop into important and disruptive players.
Like liberals in this country, the ones who control the EU have set a course to thwart the will of the people and impose a regulatory state run by "experts" who don't care what the people think about such issues as immigration and refugees among other things.  That is why the union is in trouble without any assistance from Russia.  It is one of the things that triggered Britex and unrest in other countries.

It is only a pseudo-democratic institution that is unresponsive to the will of the people.  Its court rules that terrorist suspects cannot be deported toMuslim countries because they7 have a different judicial system which forces countries to keep the perps and house them and keep them under constant surveillance.  It is a nutty situation that creates a greater burden on taxpayers and puts them in more danger at the same time, all because they are concerned about terrorist rights.
