Bathroom bill not repealed in North Carolina

NY Times:

North Carolina Bid to Repeal Bathroom Bill Falls Apart

Despite bipartisan support, a deal to repeal a law limiting legal protections for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people fell apart in a special session of the legislature.
I think this lead is misleading.  As I understand the law, it would not prevent lesbians, gays, and bisexual people from using their assigned restroom.  It would only effect those people with the transgender psychological disorder who want to use a restroom different from the sex they were born with.  To a liberal, a man who thinks he is Napolean Bonaparte or God is crazy, but if he thinks he is a woman he is not.  This is just more evidence that liberalism has departed the world of reality on this issue.
