Republicans define 'woman' so even Democrats can understand

Arizona Rep. Debbie Lesko is doing something for women, and not the kind no one can define.

The Republican has sponsored a “Women’s Bill of Rights” to provide ladies legal protection against gender ideology.

“[T]here are important reasons,” H.Res.1136 asserts, “to distinguish between the sexes with respect to athletes, prisons, domestic violence shelters, restrooms, and other areas, particularly where biology, safety, and privacy are implicated.”

The initiative goes so far as to claim it knows what a woman is. As it turns out, such a creature is different than a man:

[M]ales and females possess unique and immutable biological differences that manifest prior to birth and increase as they age and experience puberty.

For instance:

  • Males are, on average, larger in size and possess greater body strength than females
  • Only females may get pregnant, give birth, and breastfeed children

The world would be an emply place without real women.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014. When the Congressional Budget Office crunched Obamacare's spending numbers, they estimated that only 7% of employees currently covered by employer-sponsored plans would lose their plans. ... Bin Laden's concern about Zarqawi's remains
