Liberal Judge Rules Ousting Illegal Aliens Who Reenter the Country 'Racist' and 'Unconstitutional'

Only a liberal Democrat could come up with a ruling this out of touch with reality.  The judge sounds like some of the Democrats in Congress who want to import Democrats and give them voting rights.
