Al Qaeda not on the run anymore?

Training camps have sprouted up in Afghanistan, leading to questions on whether they could again become breeding grounds for attacks on the United States.
This is what happens when you take your foot off their neck and try to quit the war before the enemy is defeated.  Obama's retreat from Afghanistan and reality is becoming more costly everyday.  To defeat an enemy like al Al Qaeda, it is necessary to make it clear that their cause is hopeless.  Instead, Obama keeps doing things that give the enemy hope.
