For immigration bill, Senate passes ‘Motion to Waive All Applicable Budgetary Discipline’
The vote required a supermajority, which they easily got.  It is a vote that will come back to haunt many of the senators.  For the Republicans it will probably be an issue in any primary they are challenged.   For Democrats it will probably be a badge of honor.
