Another source of revenue for Obamacare shrinks

NY Times:

High-End Health Plans Scale Back to Avoid ‘Cadillac Tax’

As part of the new health care law, companies that offer high-end health care plans to their employees will face a 40 percent tax in 2018, and many are scaling back some benefits.
I suspect this tax is why some unions who have negotiated the Cadillac plans have changed their mind about supporting Obamacare.   The Democrats have effectively reduced the healthcare benefits of some and at the same time reduced the revenue stream to pay for their despised health care program.
