Judge in Oregon attempts to normalize deviancy

Resurgent:
It's common for high schoolers to experience, "embarrassment, humiliation, anxiety, intimidation, fear, apprehension, and stress" while changing in the locker room. Thanks to one Oregon judge, that's all about to get much worse. Because of his decree, students will now have to share locker rooms and restrooms with the opposite gender.

Don’t expect this to end well.

It all started with a student named Elliot Yoder. Yoder is a female but chooses to identify as a male. Yoder was allowed to use a gender neutral facility but she complained that it was too far away from the regular locker rooms. The school allowed her then to have access to the boys facilities. That’s when parents filed a lawsuit on behalf of their sons claiming that the arrangement was causing, "embarrassment, humiliation, anxiety, intimidation, fear, apprehension, and stress."

Judge Marco Hernandez dismissed the lawsuit. That’s bad enough. His reasons for doing so should send chills down the spine of every parent, check that, every American who cares about privacy and common sense. The judge wrote, “High school students do not have a fundamental privacy right to not share school restrooms, lockers, and showers with transgender students whose biological sex is different than theirs.”
...
This is part of the liberals war against normal people.  It is part of an escalating war against normal people and an attempt to redefine deviancy.  In this case, this female body in a male locker room is likely to be more than a distraction, regardless of what gender Yoder is adopting for the day.
