Why vote fraud matters

Washington Post:
The one-vote Democratic victory that ended a GOP majority in Va. is now a tie

The recount court determined that a ballot that wasn’t counted on Tuesday was a vote for Republican Del. David Yancey, turning what was a one-vote victory for Democrat Shelly Simonds into a tie. Now the State Board of Elections will decide the winner by random selection. Republicans held a 51-49 majority in the House before the recount.
Virgina is a state where there is a history of vote fraud This election is one that shows how it can change results when it happens in a close vote.  Al Franken's first election to the Senate was decided by felons who illegally voted.  Results like this are why we need the study on vote fraud.
