Judge tosses left-wing groups suit against Trump based on 'emoluments clause' of Constitution

Washington Post:
Judge dismisses lawsuit alleging Trump violated Constitution’s emoluments clause

The suit accused President Trump of violating the clause because his properties do business with foreign governments while he is in office. But a judge dismissed it, saying only Congress can prevent the president from accepting emoluments.
The ruling has to be a big disappointment to people like Jennifer Rubin at the Washington Post who has been harping on it ever since the votes were counted.  I get the impression she is so filled with hate for the President that she looks for any excuse, no matter how trivial, to try to get Trump removed from office.  It must be hard for her and other liberals to see his policies working despite their efforts.
