Obama administration accused of theft of $7 billion from taxpayers to try to bail out Obamacare

House lawmakers lashed out at the Obama administration Thursday, arguing that officials knowingly circumvented Congress to get $7 billion for Obamacare.

The House Ways & Means Committee held a hearing on the funding surrounding Obamacare's cost-sharing reduction payments, which pay down copays and deductibles. The committee, and the Energy & Commerce Committee, issued a report Thursday that said the administration didn't get a congressional appropriation for the payments, as required by law.

"Congress has never provided an appropriation for it. The administration knew this and didn't care," said Rep. Kevin Brady, R-Texas, the committee chairman. "This is stealing from the American people."

Brady also argued that the administration stonewalled the joint committee investigation that began in February 2015.

 Hey, that is how the Democrats roll.  When they are trying to save their screw ups they want let the Consitution stand in their way.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014. When the Congressional Budget Office crunched Obamacare's spending numbers, they estimated that only 7% of employees currently covered by employer-sponsored plans would lose their plans. ...
