DNC should sue Russian intelligence services for invasion of privacy

NY Times:

If Russia Hacked D.N.C., How Should Obama Retaliate?

The hacking at the Democratic National Committee and other campaign computer systems is forcing the White House to face a new question: how and whether to fight back.
I think a suit by the DNC would probably enjoy more success than one by Obama.  They could also take better advantage of the discovery process and if the Russian agencies refuse to cooperate, they could face a default judgment.
