Cruz also said he would not vote for Clinton

It was clearly a mistake for the Trump campaign to boo the suggestion that people should vote their conscience. The smarter course would have been to thank Cruz for his endorsement such as it was and move on, but Trump is just not that smart.

Clinton's playing with the phrase is not likely to be that smart either.  Cruz was obviously not endorsing her and said he would not vote for her.

Trump has compounded his error by saying he does not want Cruz's endorsement and would not accept it if given.  If that is the case why did he instruct his delegates to demand an endorsement during Cruz's speech?   He is a small minded man who can't remember his story from one day to the next.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014.
