Doom Loop? Nearly 36% of San Francisco's Office Space is Currently Vacant

The bulk of the vacancies hit during the pandemic and have not improved since then.  The street people and their tents have only grown.  I used to think it was one of the most attractive cities I have visited.  It is sad to read about its deterioration.
