Arizona's water problem

Arizona is desperate for water. An Israeli company has a proposal.

As Arizona's water supply from the Colorado River dwindles, it is studying a $5 billion project to desalinate ocean water in Mexico and pump it 200 miles across the border.

The lack of water resources could stall the growth of the state, a huge portion of which is desert.
