Will abortion ruling lead to a liberal exit from US?

The Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade Friday caused thousands of pro-abortion advocates to take to the streets and voice their anger with the decision, but many considered other avenues to show their disapproval of the Roe reversal.

Google searches for “how to move to Canada from U.S.” spiked 850% in the hour following the high court’s decision, according to a report from Axios that cited Google Trends data. People searching “how to become a Canadian citizen” also jumped 550% during the same time period.

They could also decide to move to US blue states which are unlikely to restrict abortions.  Canada has no restrictions on abortions.

It should be noted that the Supreme Court did not make abortion illegal.  What it did is say that under the Constitution that is a matter for the states to decide.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014.
