Everyone But Kerry Expected 'Anytime, Anywhere' Inspections
From the White House to the Congress people were told the deal would require "Anywhere, Anytime" inspections, and Kerry acts like he never heard of such a thing.

I would also note that he has admitted that he has not even read the secret agreements that attach to the deal.  How can he support something he has never read?
