DOJ to look at Clinton email scandal?

Fox News:
State Department, intelligence watchdogs reportedly call for criminal probe of Clinton emails
This appears to challenge her contention that she did nothing wrong by having a separate server for her emails.  The probe goes to her handling of classified materials on an unsecured server.

With a politicized DOJ involved I am suspicious that the case will be buried or that the DOJ will try to run out the clock.  I have a very low opinion on the integrity of the Obama Justice Department.
