Luz Granados-Reyes was arrested around midday Tuesday in Addison, Texas, after the apparent killing. She has been charged with capital murder of a person under six years of age.
The "pro choice" lobby might still consider it a fourth trimester " termination" of a pregnancy.   The courts have stayed Texas law which bans abortions after 20 weeks.
