Obama Ordering Changes in U.S. Hostage Policies


Families of captives that try to raise ransom money for groups like the Islamic State will no longer face the threat of prosecution, officials say.
Not being able to do anything is a helpless feeling for the families of hostage, but by paying the terrorist they only put the lives of more Americans in danger and they fund the terrorist infrastructure.
