5 allegedly killed by criminal alien ordered released by court

AP says Vietnam was slow to respond to paperwork for deporting a violent criminal and he was therefore released because of a Supreme court ruling that he and others like him can not be held indefinitely.  The ruling is a mistake that puts innocent citizens at risk and at the mercy of careless foreign governments.
