Obama's great algae energy revolution?

Charles Krauthammer has some fun with this one.  He also reminds his fellow panelist of the Democrat policy of strangling energy production over the last three decades.

I am reminded of a Houston TV personality named Marvin Zindler who did a "rat and roach report" on various restaurants which usually closed with an allegation of "slime in the ice machine."  Who knew that he had discovered an energy source for Obama.
