Are Democrats OK with politicizing the FBI and DOJ in the service of a coup attempt?

This is no laughing matter. I take the allegations made by Congressmen Gowdy, Ratcliffe, and others to be serious and substantive. The media needs to treat those allegations with the gravity they deserve instead of turning this into a Republican vs. Democrat fight. If this is true, the activity within the FBI must be ruthlessly exposed and publicly stamped out. Otherwise we will see complete trust in government and the institutions of law and order collapse....

Erickson also chastises the GOP for some aspects of their raising of the issues, but I think they had little choice.  The Democrats were bent on a coup attempt because of their hatred and fear of the President and they must have thought they could mad dog the Republicans into going along with their efforts.

In answer to my question above, I think the Democrats are not only OK with teh coup attempt but enthusiastic about because of the fear that Trump will not only overturn their orthodoxy but also destroy their hold on institutions that are enforced through political correctness.  Trump really tapped into an undercurrent of disgust when he attacked political correctness and Democrats seem flummoxed by the response of voters.
