Dead man talking?

Washington Post:
ISIS releases recorded message purportedly from its leader who had been reported dead

The recording, which has yet to be verified, involved references to recent geopolitical developments, including U.S. tensions with North Korea, in an apparent attempt to dismiss persistent reports that Abu Bakr al-Baghdad had been killed.
A voice, if not from the grave, from deep within a bunker underground in a shrinking caliphate.  You know a movement is in trouble when its leader has to produce a "proof of life" recording.
