Adam Schiff a total hypocrite on impeachment witnesses

Republican New York Rep. Elise Stefanik criticized Democratic California Rep. Adam Schiff’s handling of the Senate impeachment trial as "completely hypocritical."

"If you take a step back and really remember the House impeachment proceedings, Republicans were not able to call our requested witnesses. So, Adam Schiff is being completely hypocritical," Stefanik told Fox & Friends on Wednesday, responding to Schiff’s complaints that the impeachment process has not been fair.

“If the House cannot call witnesses or introduce documents and evidence, it's not a fair trial. It's not really a trial at all,” Schiff said during his opening statement this week.

"It's unfair to the president," Stefanik told Fox News. “If you think about this impeachment process has been going for 70-plus days. Yesterday was the first day that the president's legal team was even able to participate. That is unprecedented. That is not how the precedent was for both the Clinton and Nixon impeachments."

"So, the person who limited witnesses was Adam Schiff," she added. "This process has been unconstitutional, unfair, and unprecedented."

She is right and the mainstream media has been just as hypocritical by praising Schiff rather than condemning his unethical approach.   Stefanick was one of the House Republicans who demonstrated the unfairness of Schiff's handling of the Hosue proceedings and she has become a GOP star.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014.
