McConnell says he is fine with Democrats not submitting their impeachment articles to the Senate

It seems pretty clear that Pelosi's move to get more "leverage" is not going to work with McConnell or the Republican majority.  By not submitting their articles of impeachment there is a belief by many legal scholars that the President has not been impeached.
