Will Bezos put his 'second headquarters' close to his leftist newspaper?
Washington Post:
Amazon in advanced talks about putting second headquarters in Northern Virginia, those close to process sayIt seems like a bad idea. The region has two mediocre to lousy airports and a poor transportation system and generally high wages because of overpaid government workers. It might be worth it if he spent more time looking at what has become a newspaper that has lost its way. It is now made up of about 90 plus percent leftist writers who think it is a brilliant argument to call Republicans racists, bigots, and homophobes. It has become predictably bad.
Speculation grows that Crystal City, Va. — which is a few Metro stops from downtown D.C. — will be the winner of the reality show-like sweepstakes Amazon launched in late 2017.
