I doubt Iran will take Tillerson's advice

Washington Post:
Tillerson to Iranian militias in Iraq: ‘ISIS is coming to a close. ... Go home.’

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson warned European companies doing business with the Revolutionary Guard in Iran that they could face “great risk” from sanctions. Speaking from the Saudi capital, Tillerson praised the budding relationship between Riyadh and Baghdad, and he expressed hope that their governments could work together to counter Iranian influence.
It is just not in the character of the Iranian leadership to do anything other than try to expand the reach of their agenda.  The will attempt hegemony over Iraq and Syria and try to expand their reach from Yemen to Saudia Arabia.  They ultimate will not be satisfied with just dominating the Middle East.
