NY Times:

Mueller Seeks White House Documents Related to Trump’s Actions as President

Robert S. Mueller III, the special counsel, is interested in Mr. Trump’s firing of his F.B.I. director and national security adviser and other events.
I question whether he has a right to documents that are part of the deliberation process by a President in the exercise of his constitutional duties.  That would include his right to fire the FBI director and national security advisor for any reason or no reason.
