Unaffordable Care Act leaves many Texans without insurance

Texans go naked as rates rise under Obamacare
Things could be chilly for them this evening as the temperature dips into the mid 30's in South Texas.  Texans were not too fond of Obamacare to start with and this circumstance gives them another reason to be disappointed in it.
