MSNBC:

Court delivers setback to reproductive rights in Texas

The right to reproduce was never impaired.   What may have been inconvenienced is the right to abort a baby in a facility that does not meet certain minimum standards of safety.   Liberals' claims to be concerned about the health of the woman are certainly overstated.
