In yet another staged appearance, Vice President Kamala Harris continues to show just how carefully her public image is managed, ensuring she never faces a genuine, unscripted moment.
Former California first lady Maria Shriver let it slip at a Michigan town hall event that only “pre-determined questions” were permitted to be asked of Harris, raising more questions about her inability to handle real, on-the-spot queries.
When a concerned attendee asked, “Are we going to be able to ask a question?” Shriver quickly shut her down, responding, “You’re not, unfortunately, we have some pre-determined questions.”
It was a clear admission that what was supposed to be a town hall — where voters normally have the chance to ask pressing, unscripted questions — was instead just a controlled show.

Kamala Harris is just not smart. No wonder she had trouble in law school. Being a good lawyer means having to be good on your feet and dealing with unexpected questions. It is even more important for a world leader.
