Dem arrested for stealing Trump signs

In a surprising turn of events, Lowell Simon, the former chair of the Moore County Democratic Party in North Carolina, resigned this week following his arrest for allegedly removing and stealing roadside signs that supported former President Donald Trump. Simon, who is also a candidate for the North Carolina House in the upcoming November elections, faces two counts of misdemeanor larceny related to the political signs.

The Moore County Democratic Party confirmed Simon’s resignation through a Facebook post on Monday, stating, “following recent allegations and arrest related to the theft of political signs.”

He should be.  A fair election allows both sides to make their case.
